TQS will work with customers to fully define the project requirements based on end user requirements and existing and proposed technology and solutions. We will ensure that all specified will work with existing systems and when implemented will deliver on the project requirements.

This can take a number of forms in practice, including involvement with customers at the requirement definition phase where we will bring our previous experience to bear at review and definition meetings right through to project consultancy where we will act for our customers in reviewing 3rd party design and implementation of a project.
